You need to direct the luggages coming out of airport to the destination vans.Each luggage is identified with color, and has to reach to a van with the same color.For example a blue color luggage has to get to a blue color van.

You can do this by controling a set of switches.You can change the direction of a switch points to, either by clicking it or by pressing the key indicated next to it.

You have to be at least 70% accurate to pass a level.More accuracy and higher difficulty will earn you more points.
